Text description provided by the architects. Casa Líquida (Liquid House) is the name of the artistic residency conceived by Julia Feldens in the city of São Paulo. Since 2015, Julia and her two children have shared their home in the Sumaré neighborhood with artists who use the space for experimentation and communal living. The project aims to challenge the traditional notions of the domestic space, usually seen as an intimate and private place, and instead transform it into a sphere of integration, coexistence, and collective creation. So far, over 2,000 artists have passed through the residence.
